How can I schedule an appointment for my pet?
What is the price of an exam?
We charge $73.00 for a doctor’s exam with a scheduled appointment. For new clients, we require the exam fee to be taken upfront as a deposit, which will be placed as a credit applied to your final bill.
Does your practice take emergencies?
Yes, at both locations. After our closing time, we recommend sending your pet to R.I.V.E.R (423) 698-4612.
Do your clinics take walk-ins and drop-offs?
Yes, we accept walk-ins and scheduled drop-offs, and we have late open hours for your convenience for pickups.
Do you offer payment plans?
Unlike traditional pet financing or veterinary payment plans, the CareCredit credit card gives you the flexibility to use your card again and again for your pet’s procedures. Click here to learn more about CareCredit.
Does your practice see exotic pets?
What should I expect for my pet who is scheduled for surgery?
NO FOOD OR WATER for canine or felines after midnight the night before surgery.
A veterinary technician will go over all options and any questions you might have the day of surgery.
Once your pet’s surgery is completed a technician will call to check in with you about the status of your pet and what time to pick up.
What type of procedures do your hospitals perform?

Do you offer boarding?
Yes, we offer boarding for all species we see! Require FVRCP/Rabies & Feline Leukemia Vaccine on cats, and DHLPP/Rabies/Bordetella vaccines for dogs, Distemper/Rabies for ferrets. Only our Downtown location can board exotic animals. We can give the appropriate vaccinations your pet needs to board during their stay with us if it is on a weekday, not weekends. We do not have Veterinarians on the weekends.
