We charge $73.00 for a veterinarians exam with a scheduled appointment. For new clients, we require the exam fee to be taken upfront as a deposit, which will be placed as a credit applied to your final bill.
Does your practice take emergencies?

Yes, at both locations. After our closing time, we recommend sending your pet to R.I.V.E.R (423) 698-4612.

Do your clinics take walk-ins and drop-offs?
Yes, we accept walk-ins and scheduled drop-offs.
Do you offer payment plans?

We accept CareCredit—it’s a low-interest monthly financing option that many use in times of medical crisis. From routine appointments to emergency situations or surgeries, the CareCredit card gives pet owners the peace of mind needed to care for pets big and small.

Unlike traditional pet financing or veterinary payment plans, the CareCredit credit card gives you the flexibility to use your card again and again for your pet’s procedures. Click here to learn more about CareCredit.

Does your practice see exotic pets?
Yes, we see small mammals and reptiles (by appointment only).
What should I expect for my pet who is scheduled for surgery?

All surgeries require to drop off between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. the day of surgery.
NO FOOD OR WATER for canine or felines after midnight the night before surgery.
A veterinary technician will go over all options and any questions you might have the day of surgery.
Once your pet’s surgery is completed a technician will call to check in with you about the status of your pet and what time to pick up.

What type of procedures do your hospitals perform?
Besides our routine surgeries, we also do complex surgeries like orthopedic surgeries, endoscopic procedures, chemotherapy and much more.
When can I expect my pet’s lab results?
On select procedures, we have same-day laboratory results, including blood panels, heartworm tests, and stool sample checks.
Does your practice offer health certificates for my pet to travel?
Yes, we offer international and interstate health certificates for pets that travel.
